ISTANBUL (AA) - European stocks closed higher Tuesday except for Germany and France.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, rose 1.03 points, or 0.23%, to finish at 458.19.
The UK's FTSE 100 increased 28 points, or 0.36%, to end the session at 7,864.
Italy's FTSE MIB rose 96 points, or 0.36%, to 27,118 and Spain's IBEX 35 added 13 points, or 0.14%, to end the day at 9,172.
Germany's DAX 30, on the other hand, fell 25 points, or 0.16%, to 15,320.
France's CAC 40 was down 4, or 0.07%, to close at 7,132.
