ISTANBUL (AA) – European stock markets closed with gains on Monday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, rose 4.61 points, or 1.05%, to finish at 444.72.
The UK's FTSE 100 increased 66 points, or 0.9%, to end the session at 7,471.
Germany's DAX 30 added 170 points, or 1.14%, to close at 15,127. France's CAC 40, meanwhile, rose 63 points, or 0.9%, to finish at 7,078.
Italy's FTSE MIB jumped 314 points, or 1.21%, to 26,206.
Spain's IBEX 35 was the best performer of the day, soaring 113 points, or 1.29%, to 8,906.
