France's annual inflation remains at 6.2% in November

Monthly inflation rate at 0.3% in November, down from 1% in October

ISTANBUL (AA) - France's annual inflation rate was at 6.2% in November, standing at the same level as the previous month, official figures showed on Thursday.

The country's statistical institute Insee said in November, the inflation rate for manufactured goods and food prices was higher than in October, while services' inflation posted a lower rate.

"Despite the decline of fuel rebates, the prices of energy slowed down notably linked with the least dynamism of the petroleum product prices," Insee added.

The monthly inflation rate was at 0.3% in November, down from 1% in October.
