Germany's factory orders down 6.9% in October
Factory orders drop 1% on annual basis, say official data

ANKARA (AA) - New orders in Germany's manufacturing sector fell 6.9% in October from the previous month, according to Federal Statistical Office data released on Monday.
On an annual basis, factory orders were down 1% in October from the same month a year ago, Destatis data showed.
"Domestic orders went up 3.4% in October 2021 on the previous month. Foreign orders declined by 13.1%," Destatis said in a statement.
"New orders from the euro area decreased by 3.2%," it added.
