Turkish Aerospace Industries signs deal with Ukrainian aviation institute

Both sides to conduct joint academic, research activities

ISTANBUL (AA) – Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) signed an education and research cooperation agreement with Kharkiv Aviation Institute of the National Aerospace University of Ukraine.

According to a statement by TAI on Tuesday, the two sides will jointly conduct academic and research activities.

The Turkish firm expects to benefit from the university's experience in impulsion and avionic fields.

Temel Kotil, the general manager of TAI, said: "Our cooperation with Ukraine's leading aviation university within the scope of engineering activities, especially academic studies, will strengthen our company's international project development inventory."
