Türkiye's BIST 100 ends flat at Friday close

Türkiye's benchmark stock index closed Friday at 10,104.85 points, falling 0.08% from the previous close.

Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index lost 7.91 points with a daily transaction volume of 81.3 billion liras ($2.28 billion).

The price of an ounce of gold was $2,792.21, while Brent crude oil sold for around $78.28 per barrel as of 6:24 p.m. local time (1524GMT).

The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 35.6867, the euro/lira exchange rate was 37.5221, and the British pound traded at 44.4896 liras.
