UK manufacturing output bounces back in May
Industrial production grows 0.9% month-on-month

ANKARA (AA) - The UK's manufacturing output bounced back in May after posting falls in three consecutive months, according to official data on Wednesday.
The manufacturing production increased 1.4% in May compared to a month ago, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said in a statement.
Twelve out of 13 sub-sectors grew in the month, with other manufacturing and repair, along with manufacturing of basic pharmaceutical products enjoying the largest rises with 3.4% and 3.2%, respectively.
The UK industrial production rose 0.9% month-on-month in May, the ONS noted.
On an annual basis, the industrial output climbed 1.4%, beating the market forecast of a 0.1% growth for the month.
